Since January 2024, I’ve led training and career development at the NIHR Oxford Health Biomedical Research Centre, drawing on over a decade of experience in project management, data analysis, and media intelligence. I design and deliver training programmes for researchers, NIHR Academy members, and support the development of Nurses, Midwives, and Allied Health Professionals.

Beyond my core role, I’m an advocate for neurodiversity, shaped by my lived experience as a parent to an autistic daughter. I chair the Neurodiversity & Disability Working Group in the Department of Psychiatry and am co-organising the first OH BRC Neurodiversity Conference in 2025.

In 2024, I launched the NDV Podcast: Neurodiverse Voices, a platform blending personal stories and research to challenge stigma and foster understanding. I also lead grassroots initiatives like NDV Coffee Mornings and deliver neurodiversity awareness sessions in schools and community events.
